About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at Mackenzie Jones IT Limited. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving SAP and information-based projects across various business functions, including Supply Chain and Data Analytics, Commercial and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver SAP and information-based projects, leveraging your expertise in business requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Partner with business owners, IT business partners, and solution architects to develop optimal solutions.
  • Develop and document business models, including process, data, and organization documentation.
  • Present business requirements documents to stakeholders, including the project sponsor, IT leadership team, and planning board.
  • Support continuous innovation, development, governance, and support of business processes and systems, including key SAP areas.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Partner to achieve aligned strategies between operations and IT.
  • Engage in early project opportunity discussions, providing project management and business analysis capabilities.
  • Agree and deliver projects/enhancement requests with solutions architects and business partners.
  • Work with business owners to understand current processes, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring best practice and consistency across a portfolio.
  • Identify, plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives, realizing the goals of the IT team and wider business.
  • Design optimal processes and best practices in Master Data and Data Management.
  • Identify opportunities to drive benefit and cost reduction from and for IT in the Supply Chain.
  • Define and enforce data standards and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate governance when utilizing third parties.
Requirements
  • IT Business Partner/SAP Business Partner experience.
  • SAP experience, delivering SAP and information-based projects.
  • Business requirements gathering and analysis skills.
  • Ideal experience in the FMCG/Consumer Product sector.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders, business managers, and users.
