Job Description

Robert Walters Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial business partnering to a wide range of external partner heads, offering complex financial advisory and strategic solutions to budget holder queries.
  • Track spend, forecasting, and budgeting, and provide evidence to support business decisions.
  • Complete correctional, prepayment, and balance sheet journal entries, and calculate prepayment and accruals.
  • Carry out cost analysis and update budget forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Act as the finance knowledge bridge for internal and external stakeholders, including Directors and Project Managers.
  • Work with external auditors as required and travel occasionally to meet with budget holders.
  • Assist with improvement initiatives across the finance team and provide commercial finance support to budget holders.

Requirements:

  • QBE (Qualified by Experience) or Part-Qualified - ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA.
  • Study support can be offered for this position.
  • Condensed hours can be considered for this position.
