Key Responsibilities:
- Producing project documentation and ensuring accurate and timely completion of project tasks
- Day-to-day supervision of Senior Officer IT & Digital Implementation, providing guidance and support as needed
- Liaising with suppliers and providers to ensure seamless project execution
- Data integration from partner organisations' primary clinical systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer
- Data enhancements to include pathology and radiology, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
- Technical specialist for the delivery of the wider programme, providing expertise and guidance to project team members
- Project managing data integration workstream, reporting exceptions, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones
- Stakeholder management, including supporting partner organisations to deliver to agreed timescales and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring and reporting project outcomes, status, highlights, exceptions, risks, issues, and mitigations to stakeholders
- Technical contact for all workstream leads, providing support and guidance as needed
- Developing and maintaining project plans and project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to project team members
- Completion of integrating data across all systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and accurate reporting
- Development of future data integration plans, including onboarding future partners (care homes, hospices) and data enhancement to increase the scope and richness of the shared care record
- On-boarding of additional organisations, ensuring smooth integration and accurate data transfer
- Risk and issue management, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in data integration and project management software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
