About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth and Development Professional to join our team at BDO. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Work closely with the Audit & Assurance team to plan and execute business development and marketing activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers, directors, and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our key entities and prospects, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Provide central support to key client and targeting activity, reporting on progress and making recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and insights to the business
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of business development activity and campaign follow-up to increase return on investment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Line management experience is desirable
