Role Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to provide expert advice and assistance to customers, maximizing the likelihood of a sale. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an attractive environment for customers, ensuring a seamless sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Approach customers and recommend the most suitable products or services to meet their needs.
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish, including financial transactions.
  • Manage customer complaints and returns efficiently.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Manage product stock levels and receive inventory shipments.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Participate in corporate events and exhibitions with team members.
  • Perform other duties as required by the business.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in wildlife or previous ecological experience.
  • A degree or master's in ecology.
