Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Midco Print & Packaging. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role: This is a full-time position working 35 hours a week, with a mix of office and field work. You will be required to work from home for approximately 4 days a week and spend 1 day on hospital appointments. Occasional overnight stays may be required, and you will need to have your own car for which the company offers a generous mileage allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on sales performance.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Full driving licence and a reliable car.
