We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales within your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and offer our products or services as solutions. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close deals will be essential to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Territory Management: Manage and develop a designated sales territory, including identifying target customers, creating a sales plan, and prioritising prospects. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Acquisition: Present our products or services in a compelling manner and educate customers on their benefits.

Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to establish trust and become a trusted advisor. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services. Recommend solutions that address customer pain points and demonstrate how our offerings can help them achieve their objectives.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with customers to close sales. Overcome objections and handle any concerns or issues raised by customers in a professional and persuasive manner.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to help inform product development and marketing strategies.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Continuously refine your sales skills to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
