Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.
- Recommend and promote our products and services to meet customer needs, leading the sales process from initial contact to financial transaction.
- Manage customer complaints and returns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage product stock levels, receive inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Represent Wildcare Ltd UK at corporate events and exhibitions, promoting our brand and products.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in wildlife or previous ecological experience.
- Relevant degree or certification in a field such as ecology or conservation.
