We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Solihull store. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for creating a personal, exciting, and unique experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements
Good availability to work across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Passion for stationery and a desire to create an engaging experience for customers
