**Key Responsibilities**

As a Sales Representative in Business Development, you will be responsible for:

* Selling to a variety of businesses and professional people throughout the greater Midlands region
* Meeting clients face-to-face to gather their requirements and sell a solution to them
* Arranging your own sales meetings
* Managing your own diary to maximize results
* Working on your own client base
* Being based at our Birmingham headquarters
* Undertaking new business development (opening new clients and work winning)
* Delivering a consultancy-style solution to existing and new clients
* Working to targets weekly and monthly

**Rewards and Earnings**

You will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to earn high commission levels.
