Field Sales Executive

BCR/AK/11235

£25-26,000 + Car allowance + Commission

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a wholesaler to the retail market. They are looking for a field sales executive who will be on the road, signing businesses in the West Midlands up to their distribution app. You will earn a residual commission on all sales through your accounts.

The Role:
  1. Researching potential suitable clients
  2. Visiting client sites across the West Midlands and identifying key decision makers
  3. Making sales pitches
  4. Following up on clients further down the line
The Ideal Field Sales Executive will have:
  1. A full UK Driving License
  2. Confidence and resilience to make successful sales pitches
  3. Previous experience in field sales
  4. Experience and understanding of retail would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management
