Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team at McQueen's Dairies. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our customer base within your assigned territory, working closely with our existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies and customer interactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Highly self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the market, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
