Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at SLS Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Assist with sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
