Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on sales strategies and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct residential sales and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers at their homes to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Represent RJ Talent Connect professionally, maintaining a positive brand image and upholding our company values.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday (no fixed rota).
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • No specific qualifications required.
  • Incentives available for individuals who drive, although it is not mandatory.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK or hold a full working visa suitable for this type of role.
  • Tier 4 Student/ Tier 2 Skilled work visas will NOT be accepted. Dependent visa IS accepted.
