Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CN Sales Recruitment LTD. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for renewing and upselling/cross-selling with existing customers over the phone and via Teams.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid sales role that offers a great balance of customer-facing work and office-based activities. You will be working as part of a larger client services team, dealing with existing customer renewals on a daily basis. Your primary objective will be to discuss and provide renewal proposals that satisfy the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew and upsell/cross-sell with existing customers over the phone and via Teams
  • Discuss and provide renewal proposals that meet the needs of our clients
  • Close renewals in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the client services team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in phone sales, call centre sales, or B2B Telesales roles
  • A good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • A strong work ethic and a results-driven approach

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus a sales bonus of up to £15,000 uncapped in the first year. You will also receive attractive pension, holiday, and medical benefits, as well as a 35-hour working week and 30 days' holiday.
