Our client is seeking a skilled administrator to join their team during a maternity leave cover.
Key Responsibilities – Office Administrator
- Manage the scheduling of work and repairs
- Coordinate the booking of machinery and materials
- Maintain and update relevant systems
- Exhibit a proactive and adaptable work ethic
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks
Qualifications & Requirements – Office Administrator
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in IT, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Highly organized and proactive in approach
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
- Driver's license required due to location
