Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception services, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Act as a personal assistant to Directors, CFO, and Accounts Department.
  • Arrange lunches for Directors and senior staff, and order staff lunches for an associate office.
  • Research and book restaurants for Directors, and organize office events.
  • Manage diaries for Directors and overseas Directors.
  • Maintain a car fleet of 5.
  • Ensure the head office is fully stocked with beverages, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Handle post, arrange taxis, deliveries, and DHL shipments.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator, both via phone and face-to-face.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word).
