Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Overview of a Procurement and Operations Specialist A Procurement and Operations Specialist collaborates with the sales team to strategize for the upcoming months, oversees stock distribution, tracks progress towards objectives, communicates issues to management, and evaluates market dynamics.

Ensure prompt delivery of supplies and provide consistent updates to clients regarding outstanding orders and shipping timelines.

  • Identify operational challenges, establish enhancement plans and performance benchmarks, and consistently elevate operational effectiveness.
  • Assess KPI performance, market scope, sales patterns, and inventory oversight to guide demand forecasting.
  • Generate and evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and manage business development initiatives for unit orders and deliveries. Key competencies of a Procurement and Operations Specialist
