Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and execute strategies to secure value for our clients through strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
- Category Management: Work closely with category development, CBM, and supply chain teams to ensure sourcing excellence and clearly demonstratable value delivery for our clients.
- Supplier Negotiation: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for our clients.
- Procurement Process Management: Ensure compliance with our procurement process and internal governance requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify future opportunities for value creation.
- Market Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and insights around best-in-class procurement and apply learnings to our approach, processes, and procedures.
- Procurement Experience: Proven experience in procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Supplier Negotiation: Experience in supplier negotiation and ability to reduce costs against tough market backdrops.
- Strategic Procurement: Demonstration of strategic procurement skills, extending beyond tactical tenders.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to various stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
