Procurement and Compliance Specialist

We work closely with our clients to deliver expert procurement services saving them both time and money and enabling them to focus on what really matters to their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Governance & Compliance team and ensure adherence to the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and the implementation and adoption of the new Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
- Lead a team of Governance Specialists responsible for running tendering activity to put Agreements in place for our food categories.
- Ensure all processes and standard operating procedures are fit for purpose, relevant, and routinely audited to ensure compliance across the teams.
- Manage the Procurement Project Plans ensuring all projects are kept up to date and procurement activities are delivered on time and against the expectations of the sourcing strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015
- Good awareness of the new Procurement Act 2023
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans
