Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Lead

Location: UK
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: Part-Time

About the Role:

Nutrix Medical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care within our organisation, providing leadership and support to our clinical team, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to the healthcare team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee clinical governance, audit processes, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance patient care standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Patient Care: Participate in direct patient care activities as needed, ensuring a patient-centered approach and adherence to care plans.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Training and Education: Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Data Management: Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive improvements in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with a current, valid registration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Certifications: Relevant clinical certifications and qualifications.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with current clinical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and best practices in patient care.
