Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Counsellor to provide clinical leadership and direction to our Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction and guidance to the Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams.
- Assist in maintaining EAP Centre performance and meeting contractual quality standards.
- Implement clinical policies and procedures to meet EAPA Standards and clinical governance.
- Participate in the recruitment and induction of new Telephone Counsellors and Telephone Information Specialists.
- Manage the team's Clinical mailbox and address all enquiries.
- Supervise and oversee case management of Associate Counsellors and Specialist Practitioners.
- Participate in case consultation and the management of complex client work.
Requirements:
- Background providing clinical leadership.
- Familiarity with EAPA Standards and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication skills for liaison with clients, customers, and Service Managers.
- Ability to manage complex client work and case consultations.

- An annual salary of £40,000 - £43,000.
