Position Overview

As an integral member of our exceptional Global People Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive HR operations, policies, and practices that support our global objectives. Collaborating closely with colleagues across various regions, you will engage in daily interactions with our HR teams and employees from diverse backgrounds and time zones. This collaborative spirit fosters effective teamwork and nurtures a rich culture of diversity and inclusion. You will work in tandem with the Chief People Officer (CPO) based in the UK to propel HR initiatives that align with our organizational vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for both management and staff.
  • Provide expert advice on various matters, including employment legislation, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and initiatives that promote employee well-being.
  • Offer guidance on employment relations issues, resolving cases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies in accordance with relevant laws across all operational countries.
  • Assess workforce requirements, identify skills shortages, and create succession plans that align with HR's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including job design, candidate evaluation, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and country HR offices to ensure effective global recruitment support.
  • Design and implement training and development programs and plans.
  • Ensure the successful execution of performance management and appraisal systems to foster employee growth and recognition.
  • Contribute to salary reviews, bonus, and incentive schemes to maintain fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely employee payments and compliance with local regulations and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business, or a related discipline, along with a CIPD qualification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR operations, ideally within an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR practices, tools, and regulatory compliance across various geographical regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant HR tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
