**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our people strategy and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver people strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and provide expert advice on HR best practices.
  • Partner with directors to champion our culture and values, and ensure that all people decisions are informed by relevant data and insights.
  • Take a strategic and hands-on approach to provide human resource expertise in areas such as transformational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching, and development.
  • Lead complex HR programs and initiatives, and raise awareness of HR best practices across the organization.

**Requirements**

  • A progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience within a complex environment.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level.
  • Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Outside-in mindset, with the ability to network externally to ensure the organization is up-to-date with relevant HR practices.
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
