  • Provide expert HR guidance on transformational and organizational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching, and development.
  • Lead complex HR programs and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • A progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience in a complex environment.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level.
  • Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace, taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Outside-in mindset, with the ability to network externally to ensure the organization stays up-to-date with relevant HR practices.
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
