Job Opportunity

Distinct is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization's people strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for a progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience within a complex environment. You will be responsible for developing people strategies and designing approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with directors to champion the culture and values, ensuring that all people decisions are informed by relevant data.
  • Take a strategic and hands-on approach to provide human resource expertise in areas such as transformational and organizational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching, and development.
  • Lead complex HR programs and initiatives, driving business outcomes and improving organizational performance.
  • Raise awareness of HR best practices across the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's growth and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level.
  • Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Outside-in mindset, with the ability to network externally to ensure the organization is up-to-date with relevant HR practices.
