Sellick Partnership is actively seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our client in the public sector. This role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the broader HR team with various HR initiatives
  • Managing and accurately documenting HR information
  • Ensuring precision in all data entered into the HR system
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and advertisements
  • Facilitating the complete recruitment process alongside hiring managers
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development and execution of best practice methodologies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable HR role
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or in progress
  • Background in recruitment and HR initiatives

The successful HR Officer will possess exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. An acute attention to detail and accuracy is essential to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently. The candidate must also be adept at prioritizing their workload to meet fluctuating deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
