Job Opportunity

The role entails working closely with the recruitment team to foster robust relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting job vacancies, engaging potential candidates through various channels, and ensuring that positions are filled in a timely manner. Additionally, you will maintain current candidate records and carry out other administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage both internal and external applications, ensuring they are entered into the database promptly
  • Submit shortlisted applications to the recruitment manager or Regional Sales Manager
  • Coordinate interview schedules for selected candidates
  • Facilitate timely feedback from the recruitment manager following interviews
  • Notify candidates regarding the outcomes of their interviews
  • Process job vacancy requests and advertise them on appropriate platforms
  • Organize onboarding sessions for new hires and keep all relevant departments updated on progress
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support recruitment initiatives, apprentice assessment days, and promotional activities

Competencies/ Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment capacity
  • A positive demeanor in interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to take initiative and maintain meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in managing recruitment processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
