  • Providing candidates with detailed information about job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
  • Preparing and submitting candidate profiles to clients.
  • Advising clients and candidates on compensation, training, and career advancement opportunities.

No prior recruitment experience is necessary; candidates from soft-sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
