About the Role
Nigel Wright Group is partnering with an established education organization to find a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a period of 6 months. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires working closely with managers and supported by people assistants to handle all recruitment across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles
- Manage agency relationships, including invoicing and payments
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Good recruitment experience and a passion for attracting top talent
- Strong communication skills and confidence communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrable experience in high-volume recruitment activity
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and ability to devise sourcing strategies
