This role requires working closely with the talent acquisition team to foster robust connections with hiring managers and fully understand their staffing needs. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting job vacancies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring that positions are filled promptly. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting other administrative functions related to recruitment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage both internal and external applications, ensuring they are entered into the database within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Submit shortlisted candidates to the recruitment manager or Regional Sales Manager
  • Facilitate interview scheduling for chosen candidates
  • Ensure timely communication of feedback from the recruitment manager following interviews
  • Notify candidates regarding the outcomes of their interviews
  • Process requests for job vacancies and post them on appropriate platforms
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires and keep all relevant departments updated on progress
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support recruitment initiatives, assessment days for apprentices, and promotional activities

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment capacity
  • A positive demeanor in interpersonal engagements
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in managing recruitment processes
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently
