About the Role
Nigel Wright Group is partnering with an established education organization to find a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a period of 6 months. This North East-based organization is passionate about transforming lives through education and committed to providing an excellent experience to their staff, students, and stakeholders.
The Opportunity
- As a key member of the organization's recruitment team, you will work closely with managers and supported by people assistants to handle all recruitment across the group, sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles.
- You will maintain a tight overview of agency management, including invoicing and payments.
- Managing stakeholder relationships is also a critical aspect of this role.
The Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate will have good recruitment experience and a passion for attracting top talent.
- They will possess strong communication skills and confidence in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
- They will have demonstrable experience in high-volume recruitment activity.
- They will be proficient with applicant tracking systems and able to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
