Are you passionate about empowering individuals? We are seeking a compassionate person who embodies the values of Quarriers to join our team as a Transition Mentor.

Your Role:
Quarriers Youth Housing Support Service is dedicated to assisting young individuals aged 16 to 25 in maintaining their tenancies. We are looking for a Transition Mentor (28 hours) who will help these young people develop the skills necessary for independent living, make positive lifestyle choices, and envision a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to young individuals in sustaining their tenancies.
- Foster positive lifestyle changes and personal development.
- Build trusting and long-lasting relationships with clients.

What You Bring:
- A reliable and flexible approach with a positive mindset.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant life experience and skills to support and empower individuals.
- A valid driving license is essential.
