No prior experience in care is necessary, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training and investing in your professional development through our esteemed learning & development team.

About Our Services :

Our service operates around the clock, providing supported living for individuals with diverse and complex needs, including Intellectual & Physical Disabilities and Autism. Each individual resides in their own home, and our team is available 24/7 to offer assistance. Shifts are flexible, ranging from early morning to late evening, with various patterns to meet service requirements. Staff will receive specialized training in areas such as Positive Behaviour Support, CALM, Epilepsy, and Manual Handling.

Essential Requirements :

Candidates must possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Travel expenses incurred during shifts will be reimbursed, along with a fuel allowance.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Care Support Specialist, your duties may include:

· Community Engagement - Facilitating social interactions by organizing and participating in community activities such as outings to leisure facilities.

· Personal Assistance - Supporting individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and health, including help with bathing, dressing, and medical appointments.

· Daily Living Support - Assisting with household management tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
