About Our Service – Dumfries
Our residential service is dedicated to supporting individuals with mental health challenges, physical health concerns, and learning disabilities. Our team provides round-the-clock assistance to help individuals lead fulfilling lives by:
For sleepover shifts, you will receive an additional £96 on top of your hourly rate of £12.19.
Responsibilities of the Support Practitioner include:
- Delivering personalized support to adults with diverse needs, either individually or as part of a team.
- Engaging individuals in community activities and hobbies, empowering them to enhance their skills and independence.
- Accompanying service users to various community events and activities they enjoy, including outings and vacations.
- Assisting with personal care to ensure comfort and well-being.
- Celebrating both significant and minor achievements to foster a positive and rewarding atmosphere.
