  • Contribute to the corporate management of the Division through the Directorate Management Team.
  • Play a key role in the infection prevention and control programme by promoting a culture of compliance and facilitating compliance with policy.
  • Responsible for the provision of operational support to the Deputy/General Manager in the efficient and effective delivery of Directorate level spend and savings.
  • Ensure that patient flow is optimised across all services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
