Academy Vets is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mixed Animal Clinical Director to lead our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our mixed animal practice, ensuring the highest standards of animal care and client satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Developing and implementing clinical strategies to improve animal health and welfare
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Providing exceptional client care and communication
We offer a competitive salary, relocation allowance, and welcome bonus, as well as a range of benefits, including:
- 7.6 weeks annual leave and additional holiday entitlement for your birthday
- Private medical insurance, enhanced family-friendly policies, and Cycle to Work scheme
- £1250 CPD allowance with 40 hours paid pro rata, certificate support, and learning and development opportunities
