In the position of Senior Inventory Controller, you will take charge of identifying and rectifying inventory inconsistencies through meticulous examination and reconciliation processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing physical stock, transaction records, and bill of materials to uncover process challenges and improve accuracy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve underlying issues causing inventory discrepancies.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at improving inventory precision.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to address inventory challenges.
  • Perform physical counts and audits to ensure control.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and uphold company values.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics concepts.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Glovia.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

Desirable Skills:

  • Capability to interpret Engineering Drawings.
  • Experience with Glovia systems is advantageous.
