In the position of Senior Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in independently addressing inventory inconsistencies through comprehensive analysis and reconciliation. Your responsibilities will include examining physical inventory, transaction records, and bill of materials to identify process challenges and improve accuracy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Determine and rectify the underlying causes of inventory discrepancies.
  • Spearhead initiatives to improve inventory precision.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to resolve inventory-related challenges.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and audits.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and uphold company values.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Profound knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Glovia.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of company protocols and operations.

Desired Skills:

  • Capability to interpret Engineering Drawings.
  • Experience with Glovia systems is a plus.
