Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of integrated solutions within your designated area.
- Achieve and surpass sales and market share objectives for all machinery, tools, and customer agreements in your territory.
- Manage the merchandising support budget effectively for your assigned region.
- Assist dealers in formulating both short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the value proposition for retail clients.
- Support dealers in managing demand and supply to maintain an optimal inventory for achieving business objectives.
- Guide dealers in tender processes by suggesting the most suitable combination of products and services to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with dealer and Caterpillar marketing teams to design customized campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients efficiently.
- Evaluate and relay marketplace dynamics and competitive activities to Caterpillar personnel and dealers.
- Contribute to the development of the Second Level Dealer Network and Retail Business Coverage Projects.
- Promote safety as a priority within the region.
