Job Title: Head of Product and SalesWe are seeking an experienced and strategic thinker to lead our product development and sales teams. As Head of Product and Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the product development process from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in product development and sales leadership roles within the apparel industry.
- Deep understanding of apparel buying and sourcing processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competitive salary (GBP 70,000.00 – 90,000.00) based on experience and proven track record.
