Industry Sales Specialist

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industry Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Caterpillar products and services, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Caterpillar remains competitive and innovative.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the construction and mining equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to travel extensively, with a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
