Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in our operations, facilitating customer service, managing order processing, providing sales assistance, and handling various administrative duties.
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is £24,000 per year, with a bonus structure based on team performance, potentially yielding an additional £3,000 to £5,000 annually. Employees are entitled to 21 days of holiday per year, with additional days off during the holiday season and for their birthday.
We offer ongoing training and opportunities for personal development, along with private medical insurance through Bupa after the probation period. Enjoy company-sponsored team lunches on Fridays and participate in regular social events. On-site parking is available, and the location is easily accessible via public transport.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00, Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 (36 hours per week).
