As a key member of our international division, you will lead a team of motivated professionals and be responsible for managing inventory levels to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the inventory stock room environment to meet product requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including staffing, development, and performance management
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders
- Manage a global supply base and optimize inventory levels
- Perform inventory analysis and make recommendations for stock levels
- Coordinate maintenance and support of inventory management software
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent leadership skills and experience
- Ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and customers
- Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
- Great communication skills
- High adaptability to changing situations and a solution-oriented approach
- Permanent Contract
- Salary: £52,500 to £65,500 annually
- Benefits: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, 12% bonus, Flexible Buy in Benefits, Share Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Free Car Parking, Caterpillar Advantage website
