About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Established Customer Success team at Trakm8, a leading technology company in fleet management, insurance telematics, connected car, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow Trakm8 accounts, maintaining relationships with clients and growing recurring revenue streams.
  • Achieve KPIs, delivering revenue targets, self-prospecting, and following up on inbound enquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfillment, etc.
  • Proactively manage assigned accounts and commercial opportunities, including regular meetings, MI packs, and quarterly reviews.
  • Effectively communicate client requirements to Trakm8 development and operation teams.
  • Develop an extensive pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop new opportunities in the SME market.
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the Telematics market, emerging technologies, and communicate findings to senior management and relevant departments.
  • Assist in tenders and their subsequent completion.
  • Accurately and timely forecast, report, and complete visit reports, customer development plans, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in a sales environment (internal sales).
  • Account management experience.
  • Technical sales background (preferable).
  • Experience selling to senior management and SME business owners.
  • Excellent presentation and questioning/listening skills.
  • Documented ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Class-leading account management.
  • Strong understanding of project management.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Customer-focused.
