Chubb Fire & Security is seeking to recruit a dedicated Fire or Security Sales Consultant. The primary objective of this position is to promote and sell a comprehensive range of fire detection and prevention solutions, as well as electronic security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms, to both existing clients and potential new business prospects in the B2B sector.
Role Responsibilities
Foster and enhance customer relationships within your designated territory, aligning with your individual sales strategy. Design and implement Fire & Life Safety Systems tailored to client specifications and compliance with industry regulations. Meet and surpass monthly and annual objectives related to installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue. Initiate and lead demand-generating activities within a specified market for your product specialization. Establish a robust sales pipeline to support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth targets.Required Qualifications
Proficient technical knowledge of fire systems and familiarity with British life safety standards or expertise in security systems. Candidates with engineering backgrounds or those predominantly focused on security are encouraged to apply. FIA Qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in technical, solution-oriented sales is essential. Strong skills in territory management and sales planning are required. A valid UK driving license is necessary.Additional Benefits
Competitive base salary up to £40,000. On-target earnings approximately £65,000 to £75,000 (top performers can earn around £100,000). Provision of a company car or car allowance.
