Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in luxury food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants, bars, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of food and beverage colleagues.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual business plan for food and beverage operations.
- Support the Director of Food and Beverage in aligning food and beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel.
- Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth.
- Proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
