We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director of Food to join our team at Raffles Udaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the food and beverage outlets.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operating supply costs to ensure they are in line with budget.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Ensure that all food and beverage outlets meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently and effectively.
- Guest Experience:

Requirements:
