Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to drive business growth and excellence
- Recruit and select high-performing F&B colleagues
- Assist in preparing the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage operations
- Support the Director of Food and Beverage in aligning F&B activities with the hotel's overall strategy
- Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place
We are looking for a proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
