Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to drive business growth and excellence
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team
- Prepare and implement the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage operations
- Align food and beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel
- Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place
We are looking for a proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
